You have a choice of two types of crust: 36-Hour Proofed Ale (We make the dough using Shiner Bock beer as our main yeast source in-house daily, then allow it to cold-proof in the cooler for 36 hours to build flavor the slow way) or Thin Crust (also made in-house). We also have Cauliflower crusts available in an individual size only.
